Art Of...My Hero Academia

Art of My Hero Academia: Combination Charge (XR) (All for one) from My Hero Academia League Of Villains!

The My Hero Academia CCG has been going strong since it was unleashed! There’s a considerable fan base emerging alongside the game’s rise, which has given the creators all the more incentive to create better cards. And the Combination Charge XR is one such card – it’s hotter than Endeavor’s fire breath!

Featuring the biggest baddie in the My Hero Academia franchise, All for One, the archenemy of All Might, and the reason for his sudden retirement. This villain is so strong that heroes tremble at the mere thought of encountering him. The Combination Charge XR features an iconic character, so it’s bound to do good numbers.

But why is this card so valuable, you ask? Well, that’s what we’ll be answering in this blog post!

All For One

Say hello to All For One – the ultimate baddie of the My Hero Academia manga and anime series! This guy makes the Joker look like a clown with a painted-on smile. He’s the founder and sugar daddy of the League of Villains, and once upon a time, he was Japan’s most powerful villain. Even All Might himself couldn’t take him down (but we all know how that turned out).

All For One’s real name is a mystery wrapped in an enigma, but we know he has some serious sibling rivalry issues. His ultimate goal is to steal his little brother’s Quirk, One For All, which can only stop him from wreaking havoc on the world. And if that wasn’t bad enough, he’s also a mentor to Tomura Shigaraki – the League of Villains’ up-and-coming superstar.

Trivia

The expansion features several different All For One cards that look great; here are some of the best ones.

The Combination Charge XR  features All For One in all his villainous glory! This card showcases one of his many powerful attacks, with a massive hand more significant than the ego of Bakugo (and that’s saying something). This hand can burst through buildings like they’re made of paper mache – no wonder All Might had to retire after taking a hit from this bad boy.

The colors on this card are on point too. It gives off an eerie vibe, exactly what a card featuring a villain like All For One needs. Cards that feature villains in dynamic poses tend to sell like hotcakes, and the Combination Charge XR is no exception. It’s one of the best All For One cards in the entire expansion and one of the first ones too, which makes it extra unique.

But wait, there’s more! As the villain goes underground after this arc, the cards featuring him will be as scarce as Bakugo’s apologies. So not only is this card awesome to have in your collection, but it’s also valuable.
