This expansion pack, for the first time in the history of the MHA CCG, focuses prominently on the girls of the My Hero Academia universe, and we’re all for it. MHA has a lot of great female characters, and celebrating them in one expansion pack is a great way to promote female empowerment.

The expansion contains tons of great illustrations, one of which happens to be the Mirko Chrome Rare featuring the one and only rabbit hero. Being a Chrome Rare, it already garners a lot of attention, so we decided to shed some light on the origin of this card, its lore, talk about its illustration, share some fun trivia, and finally try predicting the price of this card. Origins

Mirko, also known as the Rabbit Hero, is a top Pro Hero known for her incredible agility and strength. Her quirk, “Rabbit,” gives her the abilities and characteristics of a rabbit, including enhanced strength in her legs, allowing her to leap great distances and deliver powerful kicks.

Did you know that Mirko’s favorite food is carrots? It’s not just a coincidence—her quirk and her diet go hand-in-hand!

Illustration

Mirko, or as everybody calls her, the Rabbit Hero, has been one of the most consistently brave heroes in the MHA universe. Every time she shows up, you know she’s going to be battling till her last breath, bouncing from one place to another utilizing her rabbit powers to their full capacity.

We’ve seen Mirko in the anime go beyond, literally sacrificing herself for the good of others, and this card shows her off just this way. She can be seen bleeding, exhausted, and in combat, but still smiling, which is a testament to the hero’s love for what she does—even in pain, she’s happy.

The intensity of the card along with the Chrome Rare holo foil makes it one of the best cards we’ve seen in this expansion.

Value

As of writing this blog post, the Girl Power expansion hasn’t been out for more than a week, so there’s still market data to be gathered, and no substantial price points yet. However, we can provide a guesstimate by looking at previous similar cards and trying to predict the price of this one.

Based on that, the Mirko Chrome Rare’s conservative estimate is around $10-20. But hey, we’re not psychic, so take this with a grain of salt!
